1. Services

YYC Mechanical provides commercial and residential HVAC, refrigeration, and ice machine repair, maintenance, and installation services in Calgary and surrounding areas. All services are performed by qualified technicians.

2. Service Requests & Scheduling

Service requests can be made by phone at 403-660-9309 or through our website. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred scheduling, but appointment times are not guaranteed. Emergency service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Our standard service rate is $117/hour. Diagnostic and travel fees may apply depending on the service.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless a service agreement is in place.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and cheque.
  • Clients with a service agreement may have a pre-authorized card on file for billing convenience. Pre-authorization holds are used solely to confirm card validity.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Labour warranties apply to services performed by YYC Mechanical, subject to the specific terms provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and governed by the manufacturer.

5. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency and same-day service cancellations may be subject to a trip charge if a technician has already been dispatched.

6. Limitation of Liability

YYC Mechanical is not liable for losses arising from equipment failure, spoilage, or business interruption beyond the cost of the service provided. We carry full commercial liability insurance for your protection.

7. Website Use

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
